Forsa is an app that helps reduce food waste by connecting you with restaurants, bakeries, and hotels offering surplus meals at discounted prices.
Getting Started
1. Download the Forsa app (iOS or Android). 2. Browse nearby restaurants, bakeries, and hotels. 3. Choose a Surprise Bag (mystery items) or a Declared Bag (listed items). 4. Pay securely through the app. 5. Pick up your order at the set time

Yes. You’ll need to register with your phone number and email to place an order and receive confirmations.

• Surprise Bag: The contents are a surprise based on what’s left over that day. • Declared Bag: The contents are listed so you know what you’re buying.

• No. Each restaurant has its own checkout and payment. • You can add multiple bags from the same restaurant, if available.

• Yes, you can place separate bookings from different restaurants. • Each booking requires a separate payment.

• At checkout, you may see complimentary items listed. • These are regular menu items offered by the restaurant to complement your bag. • They are not discounted, but you can add them to your cart before paying.

Restaurants and hotels can only schedule bags up to 48 hours in advance. You won’t see bags listed beyond that.

Yes. As long as they have your verification number, they can pick up the bag for you.

No. Forsa only accepts secure electronic payments through the app.

Yes, but only if you cancel at least 2 hours before the pickup time starts. After that, cancellations are not possible.

Contact Forsa support with your payment receipt. If the transaction is confirmed, a refund will be processed.

• Refunds are automatically credited to your Forsa Wallet inside the app. • If you would like the money to be sent back to your bank account, you must submit a support ticket. The Forsa team will then process the refund, which may take additional time depending on your bank.

If a restaurant or hotel cannot fulfill your order, it may be cancelled. You’ll automatically receive a refund to your wallet.
